Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to rent a fully furnished, spacious room in a modern apartment located at Place de France, Luxembourg City from 1 of April. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a shared kitchen, entrance, and bathroom. Each room is furnished with a TV and air conditioning. Modern amenities include a washing machine, dryer, and all essential appliances. A cleaning woman comes every 2 weeks to maintain the common areas. Super central location with multiple bus stops and a Vel’OH! station right downstairs, and just 20 minutes walking distance from Hamilius. • Monthly rent: €1,250 (all-inclusive: charges, electricity, water, WiFi). • Deposit: €1,500. • No agency fees (rented directly from a private landlord). • Required: CDI (long-term work contract) and a flexible 1-year contract.
