The apartment is located in a lovely, green and well-connected neighbourhood, just a short walk from tram lines 8 and 25 (Marie-José) and Boondael railway station, which offers direct connections to Brussels Airport. Rental conditions: This is a transfer of my place in an existing shared lease, running until September 2028, subject to the landlord's approval. We are preferably looking for someone with regular professional income in Belgium who is interested in staying long-term.
